Define Isolation Order Header

Explanation

Use this activity to define a new isolation order.

Prerequisites

• Isolation types must have been defined in Work Order and PM Basic Data/Isolation Types.
• Sites must be defined in the Site window.

System Effects

As a result of this activity an isolation order is created and the status set to New. You can move on to further prepare the isolation order as well as to enter establishment and re-establishment instructions.

Procedure

1. Open the Isolation Order window and create a new record (F5).
2. Enter a value in the Isolation Type field. Use the List of Values to select a suitable value.
3. Enter a description for the isolation order.
4. Change the site if required. Use the List of Values to select a suitable value.
5. Save the information (F12).
