Explanation

Use this activity to enter general information related to the isolation. The information includes the scope of the isolation, the equipments involved, any special conditions that should be considered before starting the isolation and additional notes.

Prerequisites

An isolation must be created.

As a result of this activity, general information is added to the isolation.

Procedure

1. Open the Isolation window and create a new isolation (F5) or query for an existing one (F3).
2. Click the General tab and enter details in the relevant fields.
3. Save the information (F12).
