Explanation

Use this function to choose which criteria you want to include in the process.

Save the matching result

Procedure

  1. From Select Find and To Match options, open Select Criteria and proceed:
  2. Select the criteria from the list box that you would like to search.
  3. Select Proceed.
  4. After the system the matching is completed, the result appear in the columns in Select criteria and proceed. By using the wizard search function, you can return to the previous window and search for a new match. To do so, repeat from step 1 and view the next result in the same window.
  5. Select the View Result button to view your detailed matching result from View Result. You can view the same results in Matching  Results in the Matching Engine process. Note: The View Results windows in both processes will automatically display different names depending on whether you have selected to match Employee or Job.
  6. Proceed with the matching registration by pressing the Next button to Save the matching results.
