Select Type of Matching

Explanation

Use this function to define what type of matching you like to do. 

Define what you like to find. Choose between Employee, Applicant and Job.
Define what you like to compare with. Choose between Job, Profile, Employee and Applicant.

As a consequence, the system will show a result based on what you wanted to find.

Procedure

  1. Select New.
  2. Select the registered matching name in the Saved Matching Name list box. The Matching Date field will automatically be filled in with the current date.
  3. Select the items you want to find and match in the respective list boxes, then enter the match identity in the field to the right of To Match by using the List of Values.
  4. Check one of the options in the Number of Results group box and in the Process group box.
  5. Check one of the options in the Find Result From group box. If you choose the Org Unit button, use the List of Values to fill in the organization code in the Organization Code field.
  6. Enter any description for this parameter in the Description field.
  7. Save.
