Perform Gap Analysis in Web Application

Explanation

You can do the gap analysis against either a job or a profile. In both cases can you compare an employee against the requirements for competencies, licenses and education.

Prerequisites

Before you can use this function, all basic data that you will compare against must be defined for all employees.
