Explanation

Use this function to view the matching result of the selected criteria. This window is read-only.

Prerequisites

Before registering criterion on which to match a result, the following must have been completed:

• Competence Groups, Competency Element and Competency Level must have been registered.

1. Press Find Competence!
2. View the result and select people to join the team.
3. View the Employee Files for the members.
4. Contact the selected team-members.
