Terminate Employment

Explanation

This activity is used to terminate an employment. Depending on which components are installed this function terminates a number of assignments. In addition, you can update the employee status and also assign the employee to a 'former employee' group. The grouping lets you access the former employee even if the assignment expired or was removed. You need access to the former employee group to see its former employees. The employee status change you specify will be effective for the employee after the date of termination.

Prerequisites

Employees are required to exist in the company.
