This activity is used to define what issue categories users can select when
registering a disciplinary or grievance issue. Categories vary depending on
local laws and company policy, but in general they are broad groups of incidents
that cause disciplinary and grievance issues. Examples of categories could be: Discrimination,
Health and Safety, Performance, Gross Misconduct etc.
Note: Categories are exclusive to disciplinary or grievance cases,
meaning that a single category can be used either in disciplinary or grievance
issues.
There are no prerequisites.
As a result of this activity, issue categories will be registered in the system.
