Release Current CAMRO Interim Order

Explanation

Use this activity to release a specific MRO interim order on any level in the order structure.

Prerequisites

The interim order being released must be be in a Created or Changed state. In addition, the parent of this interim order in the order structure should be in a Released state.

Procedure

1. From the Interim Header ID list, select the interim order structure that contains the interim order to release.
2. Open the Tree Structure tab and select the interim order to release. 
3. Verify that the state of this interim order is Created or Changed. Verify also that the parent of this interim order is in a Released state.
4. Right-click in the Tree Structure tab and then click Release to release the interim order. This will create an MRO shop order for the type of interim order being released (either a disassembly, disposition, repair, or assembly MRO shop order). If the state of the interim order is Changed, the shop order connected to the interim order is revised accordingly.
