Save Report

Explanation

This activity is used for saving a report to the database. This is an alternate way of publishing a report without using IFS Info Services.

Prerequisites

In order to access a report using Load Report from Database dialog box you must be an authorized user.

Procedure

1. Create a report.
2. Click Save to Database. If a report has been published the Published check box in the Load Report from Database dialog box will be selected.
    
3. Select Save in Microsoft Excel to save the report in your local machine.
