Download BA Report

Explanation

This activity is used to download a BA report that is saved in the BA export archive. The executed BA report is saved during export of the Excel report without BA.

If the downloaded report is saved on the local disk, it will be possible to run, save or export it to a different database.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity:

• The report you want to open must have been saved in the BA export archive.
• You must have access to the report.

Procedure

To download a BA report:

1. Click Manage BA Archive to open the Manage BA Export Archive dialog box. (Note: Once you export the Excel report without BA, you will be asked whether you want to manage the BA archive in a message. You can open this dialog box by clicking Yes.)
2. Select a report in the Report Selection tab and then click Download.
