Print Delivery Structure Including Documents Report

Explanation

Use this function to print the Delivery Structure Including Documents report. This report provides an overview of the delivery structure for the specified project and includes the document survey to part definitions, std part revisions, items, serials, and tags. This report is available in Landscape format. You can limit the report to a specified project, the number of levels to be included, the type of object (part definitions, std part revisions, items, serials, or tags), and the document category.

Delivery Structure Report Fields:

Field	Group	Description
Project ID	Heading	Project identifier for the subsequent items.
Level	Detail 1	The items level in the structure, relative to the specified condition parameter Top Part Item.
Seq No	Detail 1	The item's item no.
Part No	Detail 1	The part number.
Part Rev	Detail 1	The revision number.
	Detail 1	The project item develop status.
	Detail 1	The part's serial number – if the serial number is defined.
	Detail 1	The item's tag number – if the item is tagged.
	Detail 1	The part's standard name.
	Detail 1	The part's description.
Object Type	Detail 2	Same as Lu Name Reference in the conditions. The type of object to which the document is connected (ProjectPartDefinition,EngPartRevision,ProjectProductStructure/ProjectSerial/ProjectTag).
Doc Class	Detail 2	The document's document class.
Doc No	Detail 2	The document number.
Doc Rev	Detail 2	The document revision number.
Category	Detail 2	The document category.
Title	Detail 2	The document title.

Procedure

Select your project item in Project Item Navigator and use the menu choice Reports/Delivery Structure Including Documents or order the report Delivery Structure Including Documents in Info Services
Enter the following parameters according to the description below, then click OK.

Condition	Field Value	Default *	Description
Project ID	Mandatory		Specified project identifier. List button is available.
Top Part	Optional	%	Allows you to select the whole project, or just a substructure. List button is available.
Max Level	Optional	%	Number of levels to include in the report, relative to the specified top part item.
Lu Name Reference	Optional	%	By default, documents for all objects will be included, but you are allowed to specify which type of object documents are to be included in the report: EngineeringPartRevision, ProjectPartDefintion, ProjectProductStructure, ProjectSerial, ProjectTag.
Doc Category	Optional	%	Specifies document categories to be included in the report.

* A default value of '%' means that all values will be included.
