Start Update Company

Explanation

Use this activity to start the Update Company process after you have performed the necessary configuration.

Prerequisites

A company must have been newly created and besides there must be a need to update one or more Logical Units with new basic data.

System Effects

The Update Company process is similar to the Create Company process, where each active Logical Unit supporting the Create Company concept will take care of adding new basic data to the company to be updated by retrieving the data from the source company or source template.

  1. Make sure that the Update Company process has been configured appropriately in the Update Company dialog box.
  2. Click OK to start the process.
