Create History Line

Explanation

Use this activity to insert information lines in the history log. You can enter text for each line you create.

Procedure

  1. Query for a document in the Document Revision window and click the History tab.
  2. Double click on the table below to create a new record.
  3. Enter your text in the Note field. This field accepts a maximum of 2000 characters.
  4. Click the Save button to create a new history line for the document revision.
