Enter Transmittal Receiver Contact Persons
Explanation
This activity is used to configure receivers of
document transmittals as basic data. It is possible to select receivers for each
project. These values will be available when sending a document transmittal.
If receivers are defined, transmittals within the project can only be sent to
those receivers.
Prerequisites
- The value to be entered in the Project ID
field must be entered in the Projects
window.
- The value to be entered in the Person ID field must be entered in
the
Persons window.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, if
receivers are configured for a certain project, only those receivers can be
selected when creating a document transmittal for that particular project.

Procedure
- Open the
Document Transmittal Receiver
Contact Persons
window.
- Create a new record (F5).
- Enter a project ID in the Project ID field
or use the List of Values to select a suitable value.
- Enter a person ID in the Person ID field or
use the List of Values to select a suitable value.
- Save the record (F5).
