Copy Document Access Template

Explanation

Use this activity to copy a document class' access template to a document revision.

Prerequisites

You must be the administrator of the document revision.

System Effects

The access template is copied from the document class' access template. Current person and group definitions will not be overwritten.

Procedure

1. Open the Document Revision window.
2. Query for a document revision to which you will copy the document access template.
3. Click the Access tab and then click the Definition sub tab.
4. Right-click anywhere in the table and select Copy Access Template to copy the access template defined for the document class in Document Basic/Access Template tab. If you are not the administrator for this document, the option will be disabled.
