Set the Contract Change Order to Closed

Explanation

This activity is used to set the contract change order to the Closed status. When the status has been set to Closed, it indicates that the change described in the contract change order has been executed and no more work remains to be done.

Procedure

  1. Open the Contract Change Order window and query for the contract change orders which should be closed.
  2. Right click on the header and click Status, then select the Close menu option.
  3. Click Yes to continue to set the contract change order to Closed.
