Define Complex Assembly Service Contract Header
Explanation
Use this activity to define a header for the complex assembly service
contract. A service contract can
be connected to the transaction history of a work order to generate the sales
prices for invoicing. Note:
The agreement should be approved and activated prior to use.
Prerequisites
- The customer must be entered in IFS/Enterprise.
- You must be connected to a site. This can be performed in the
IFS/Enterprise,
Site window.
- The turnaround time (TAT) must be defined in the
Contract Management Basic Data window. The TAT shows the planned time, in days, for the
job to be done and has to be agreed upon with the customer.
- The EGT Margin (Exhaust Gas Temperature Margin) must be defined in the
Contract Management Basic Data window, specifying the criteria for
how tests have to be carried out after the repair.
- A disassembly structure should be transferred from IFS/Vehicle
Information Management (IFS/VIM).
System Effects
As a result of this activity the agreement header with the Planned status
is created.
