Release Execution Item

Explanation

This activity is used to release an execution item.

Prerequisites

A compatible unit with belonging execution items must exist.

System Effects

• As a result of this activity the execution item will be in status released.
• A work order will be created and hence no more planning can be done on the execution item.

Procedure

1. Open the Compatible Unit Navigator or Execution Items window.
2. Search for an existing record.
3. Right click on the selected line/lines or the selected node in the navigator.
4. Choose the option Status and then the status of your choice. In the Compatible Unit Navigator window choose the option Status For Structure to change the status of an entire structure of execution items.
