Use this tab to create default checklists for a Material Review Board (MRB) header for each site. Each site can only have one MRB checklist template. A checklist is a list of questions that you must answer before changing the status of an MRB header from Created to Approved. You can add, delete, or update checklist items. If you create an MRB header and a default checklist already exists, the system will automatically associate that default checklist with the new header. If no default checklist exists, you can manually create a checklist for the header.
