Generate Absence Limit Year

Explanation

This activity is used to generate the absence limit years. Custom years should be used in markets where the absence calendar begins on a different date than January 1st.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, custom limit years have to be defined.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, custom limit years will be generated and available for use in the Absence Configuration window.

Procedure

1. Open the Absence Limit Calendar Type window.
2. Search or populate to find the relevant calendar type.
3. Right-click the header and click Generate Absence Limit Year... The Absence Limit Year Generator dialog box will open.
4. In the Start Date field, enter the date on which the Absence Calendar Year should begin.
5. In the Number of Years field, enter the number of years which should be generated in advance.
6. Click OK.
