Register Training Report Templates
Explanation
This activity is used to register report templates which are used for confirmation letters, invitation letters and cancellation letters in training
administration.

Procedure
- Open the Report Template window and
create a new record. Note: You can perform the same activity using
the Report Templates overview window.
- Enter an ID and a title for the report template in the Report Template ID and
Report Description fields. Note: You can use only numerical
values as the report ID.
- In the Eligible Information group box, select the relevant check
boxes to specify the information that should be included when the report is
generated. E.g. Select the Course Title check box if you want
the training course title to be printed on the report.
- In the Report Text field, enter a text which can include details
relevant to the eligible information selected.
- Save the information.
