Select a Date to Report Time & Attendance from Calendar
Explanation
The date for which time and attendance should be reported can be selected
from the year view calendar. This activity can be initiated by clicking on an
empty date or by clicking on the "New" button found on top of the calendar. Note
the following behaviours of the calendar:
- In the calendar all time reporting Confirmed days are indicated with a
yellow side bar while the Authorized days are shown with a green side bar.
- There are 3 different shades in the calendar to display time reporting
Completed days, Incomplete Days and the Authorized Absent days.
- The employee's schedule is colored in light grey in the calendar.
- For time reporting Completed days, Incomplete days and Absent days
information cards are available. The details of already confirmed days can
be changed using the information cards.
- Time can be reported for part days absences through the information
cards.
- Time reported for a specific period can be confirmed through the
"Confirm" option found on top of the page.
Prerequisites
- Time management related data should be setup.
- Employee should be assigned to a schedule.

The Quick Time Reporter assistant will be opened.
