Register General Risk Assessment Details
Explanation
This activity is used to register the general details of risk assessment.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity:
- Potential hazards are required to be already
defined in the Risk Assessment Basic Data/Hazards
tab.
- Locations and sub-locations are required to be already defined in the
Location Basic Data window.

Procedure
- Open the Risk Assessment window and create a new record.
- Enter an assessment number in the Risk Assessment No field.
- Specify the description of the risk assessment in the Name field.
- Specify the planned date for the risk assessment in the Planned Date
field.
- Specify the address of the location in which the assessment is performed
in the Location ID field. The address details will show in the
Location field.
- In the Sub Location field, specify details of the place for which
the assessment is performed.
- You can also specify an organization code and a site manager in the
relevant fields.
- Save the information.
