Register Employee Education
Explanation
This activity is used to describe the education qualifications of a
person.
Prerequisites
- Education levels, education fields and education
institutions should be defined in the Education and Experiences
window.

Procedure
- Open the
Employee File
or Personal File
window and
select an employee to register education information.
- Select the Education
tab and click New.
- Specify the education level name, education field name and the
educational institution name by selecting values from the lists in the
respective fields.
- Specify the location of the educational institution
in the Location field.
- In the Start Date and End Date
fields, enter the valid period for selected education.
- In the Grade Point Average field, enter a numerical value
as the employee's GPA (Grade Point Average) during the education period.
- You can specify optional information in the Achievement and
Remark fields.
- Save.
