Set Node Status to Awaiting Approval

Explanation

Once all budget templates have been approved the budget structure node should be set to Awaiting Approval status by the node responsible user on right-clicking Awaiting Approval. Only an administrator or a user designated responsible can perform this function.

Prerequisites

Structures must exist and the node status should be Planned.

System Effects

Node status will change from Planned to Awaiting Approval.

Procedure

1. Go to Budget Structure window.
2. Query or populate the window to select the budget structure ID.
3. In the Nodes tab, select the line or lines whose status need to be changed. 
4. Right-click and then click Awaiting Approval.
