Use this tab window to view and change part structures. A part can consist of other parts. An assembly of a top-level part (parent) with one or more lower-level parts (subparts or child parts) is called a structure. A product structure enables you to keep track of all the child parts of a parent. Whether up or down in the structure (next or previous level), the selected child or parent is added to the list at the top of the window, if it is not there already. The list provides easy access to the different parts you have viewed.
