Use this tab to select what criteria you are looking for. Criteria are
selected by picking a job, profile, employee, applicant, or a person to serve as
a model to which items selected on the What to find
tab will be matched.
The Matching Criteria area allows
you to specify what exactly you want to match: competencies, work experience,
personality traits, education, certificates, internal work experience, or phisical
traits.
Note: Using the Advanced button
you can fine-tune the matching process. If you are analyzing multiple criteria,
you can speed up the matching process by making sure that the most demanding
criteria are analyzed first.
