Usage

Use this window to analyze the total competency gap, strength, or weakness points between an Employee and Job, Profile, or other employees. You can use this function to analyze an employee's competency for a specific category.

The Gap Analysis function converts the analytical results into a table. In order to keep sight of the main objective, the function also provides a graphical result chart. You can arrange the graphical results as you like.

The Competency Gap Analysis window contains four main tabs, each of which is completed with a graphical result chart.

Note: This is a query function only. You cannot save the results in the system.
