For using CBS/APB for manufacturing this tab contains:
Work Centers: Click Accumulated Capacity to display the schedule for entire work center in terms of the accumulated scheduling capacity. Once this is selected, double click to view the accumulated capacity graph or you can press the Shift key and hover over the Gantt chart to view the capacity and utilization tool tip graph of the work centers along the time line. Work center accumulated capacity graph shows the total time in calendar hours utilized by all its resources. It is the sum of total calendar hours of each and every work center resources of the work center. Click Drag-and-Drop to allow work centers to be scheduled by dragging along the time line.
Work Center Resources: Click Accumulated Capacity to display the schedule for work center resources in terms of the accumulated scheduling capacity. When this is selected, you can press the Shift key and hover over the Gantt chart to view the capacity and utilization of the resources along the time line. Click Drag-and-Drop to allow work center resources to be scheduled by dragging along the time line.
Labor Classes: Click Accumulated Capacity to display the schedule for entire labor class in terms of the accumulated scheduling capacity. Once this is selected, double click to view the accumulated capacity graph or you can press the Shift key and hover over the Gantt chart to view the capacity and utilization tool tip graph of the labor classes along the time line. Labor class accumulated capacity graph shows the total time in calendar hours utilized by all its employees. It is the sum of total calendar hours of each and every employee belongs to that labor class. Click Drag-and-Drop to allow Labor classes to be scheduled by dragging along the time line
Employee: Click Accumulated Capacity to display the schedule for employees in terms of the accumulated scheduling capacity. When this is selected, you can press the Shift key and hover over the Gantt chart to view the capacity and utilization of the employees along the time line. Click Drag-and-Drop to allow employees to be scheduled by inserting along the time line.
Tool Sets: Click Accumulated Capacity to display the schedule for entire tool set in terms of the accumulated scheduling capacity. Once this is selected, double click to view the accumulated capacity graph or you can press the Shift key and hover over the Gantt chart to view the capacity and utilization tool tip graph of tool sets along the time line. Tool set accumulated capacity graph shows the total time in calendar hours utilized by all its tools. It is the sum of total calendar hours of each and every tool of the tool set. Click Drag-and-Drop to allow tool sets to be scheduled by dragging along the time line.
Tool Instances: Click Accumulated Capacity to display the schedule for tool instances in terms of the accumulated scheduling capacity. When this is selected, you can press the Shift key and hover over the Gantt chart to view the capacity and utilization of the resources along the time line. Click Drag-and-Drop to allow tool instances to be scheduled by dragging along the time line.
Plot Resource Utilization: : Clear this check box if it is not required to plot the employee utilization in the Gantt Chart. This check box will be selected by default.
For using MPB for maintenance this tab contains:
Maint Org: Click Accumulated Capacity to display the schedule for entire maintenance organizations in terms of the accumulated scheduling capacity. Once this is selected, double click to view the accumulated capacity graph or you can press the Shift key and hover over the Gantt chart to view the capacity and utilization tool tip graph of the maintenance organizations along the time line. Maintenance organization accumulated capacity graph shows the total time in calendar hours utilized by all its resources. It is the sum of total calendar hours of each and every maintenance organization resources. Click Drag-and-Drop to allow maintenance organizations to be scheduled by dragging along the time line.
Employee: Click Accumulated Capacity to display the schedule for employees in terms of the accumulated scheduling capacity. When this is selected, you can press the Shift key and hover over the Gantt chart to view the capacity and utilization of the resources along the time line. Click Drag-and-Drop to allow employees to be scheduled by dragging along the time line.
Craft: Click Accumulated Capacity to display the schedule for entire craft in terms of the accumulated scheduling capacity. Once this is selected, double click to view the accumulated capacity graph or you can press the Shift key and hover over the Gantt chart to view the capacity and utilization tool tip graph of the craft along the time line. Craft accumulated capacity graph shows the total time in calendar hours utilized by all its employees. It is the sum of total calendar hours of each and every employee belongs to that craft. Click Drag-and-Drop to allow Crafts to be scheduled by dragging along the time line
Team: Click Accumulated Capacity to display the schedule for entire team in terms of the accumulated scheduling capacity. Once this is selected, double click to view the accumulated capacity graph or you can press the Shift key and hover over the Gantt chart to view the capacity and utilization tool tip graph of the team along the time line. Team accumulated capacity graph shows the total time in calendar hours utilized by all its employees. It is the sum of total calendar hours of each and every employee belongs to that team.
Tool Type: Click Accumulated Capacity to display the schedule for entire tool type in terms of the accumulated scheduling capacity. Once this is selected, double click to view the accumulated capacity graph or you can press the Shift key and hover over the Gantt chart to view the capacity and utilization tool tip graph of tool types along the time line. Tool types accumulated capacity graph shows the total time in calendar hours utilized by all its tools. It is the sum of total calendar hours of each and every tool of the tool type. Click Drag-and-Drop to allow tool types to be scheduled by dragging along the time line.
Tool/Facility IDs: Click Accumulated Capacity to display the schedule for tool/facility IDs in terms of the accumulated scheduling capacity. When this is selected, you can press the Shift key and hover over the Gantt chart to view the capacity and utilization of the tool/facility ID along the time line. Click Drag-and-Drop to allow tool/facility IDs to be scheduled by dragging along the time line.
Plot Resource Utilization: : Clear this check box if it is not required to plot the employee utilization in the Gantt Chart. This check box will be selected by default.
