Use this dialog box to manage a group of related scheduling objects. There are three ways to open this dialog box: double-clicking when selecting a status, highlighting an object and clicking Show Highlighted Objects on the main toolbar, or creating a list of resources that meet the utilization criteria defined in Resource Load.

This window contains:
List of Objects: An object that represents a collection of scheduling objects. This object appears as a box that extends along the top of the dialog box. It can be dragged to the Gantt chart to display the collection of objects.
Collection of Objects: The list of objects related to the object that was created when you opened this dialog box.
Export: Click this button to export all the objects in the list to Microsoft Excel or to write them to a comma-delimited file. If the list contains more than one class of objects, it will be split into separate lists for each class (not displayed), and one file will be created for each of these lists. See Export Options for more information on exporting.
