[Administer Schedules and Rules]
Usage
Use this tab to enter absence categories. The category is an optional information that can be linked to the absence wage codes in the Wage Codes window. The absence category is an available query field in, e.g., the Employee Results window in IFS/Time and Attendance.
The system comes with the following pre-defined categories (system defined):
Sick Leave, Vacation, Parental Leave, Military Service, Leave (unpaid approved absence), Other Absence.
You are free to add any supplementing categories you need.
