Change Schedules and Rules for Several Employees

Usage

This wizard is used when you have selected more than one employee in the Employee Schedules and Rules window, and then opened the Change Employee Schedules and Rules dialog box using the right mouse button options.

The wizard creates a new row for each employee and also ends the old schedule and rule assignments. If the entered valid from date is the same as the valid from date for an existing record, this record will be updated and not split into two records.

The second step in the wizard, available if the IFS/Time and Attendance is installed, makes it possible to regenerate and recalculate all the transactions after the changes. It is also possible to exclude already confirmed transactions.
