Set Revenue / No Revenue

Explanation

This activity is used to set revenue percentage either to 100% or 0%. It can be achieved by setting the Revenue % on the sales line as 100 or 0.

Note: Even if the revenue percentage is 0 still the sales line will be included in the invoice.

Prerequisites

• A work task must exist.
• A sales line must exist, not yet in the Invoice Preview.

System Effects

• If Set Revenue is selected, Revenue % on sales line will be updated as 100.
• If Set No Revenue is selected, Revenue % on sales line will be updated as 0.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to Set or Unset the Revenue % of the sales line in Work Task, Prepare Work Order or Work Order Structure window.

1. Query the work task, or alternatively, query for the work order and click the Work Task tab.
2. Click the Sales tab.
3. Select the relevant Sales line.
4. Right-click and point to Set Revenue or Set No Revenue appropriately.
5. Observe that the Value in Revenue % will be changed to 100 or 0 depending on the selection done on step 4.
