Release Work Task to B2B Contractor

Explanation

This activity is used in order to release the work task to the Business-to-Business (B2B) contractor.

Prerequisites

• A work task which has not been released should exist.

System Effects

The work task is released and displayed in the B2B interface of the users connected to the selected contractor/ contractor coordinator.

Procedure

1. Open the Prepare Work Order window.
2. Query for the work order. (F3)
3. Click the Work Task tab in the Prepare Work Order window.
4. Right-click, point to Status and then click Released.
