Cancel appointment is a process which can be used to remove already registered appointment for a work task. Once this process is executed the work task appointment is cancelled and the appointment slot is un-reserved in PSO.
The next step after this process depends on the choice of the user, either to proceed with the work task without an appointment or to register another appointment.
