Select Service from Catalog

Explanation

This activity is used for selecting a service from the Service Catalog.

Prerequisites

• Logged in user should be configured as a B2B User - Customer.
• There must be at least one valid service contract for the customer, with one service contract line for an equipment with customer set as party.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, available services will be listed from where equipment using that service can be selected.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to select an equipment service from the service catalog.

1. Open the B2B > Service Center or My Service Center lobby > Service Catalog.
2. Available services will be listed.
3. By selecting the Equipment button you will get a list of available equipment objects for which you can order that service.
