Select Equipment
Explanation
This activity is used for selecting an equipment when ordering a service.
This is a mandatory activity if it is performed from the My Service Center
lobby.
Prerequisites
- Logged in user should be configured as a B2B User - Customer.
- There must be equipment objects with the customer set as party type.
- For use from the My Service Center lobby, the equipment must be
connected to a location and have a valid service contract.
- You must
also have selected a location in the Order Service assistant.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, an equipment object will be selected in the
Order Service assistant.
Procedure
Use the following procedure to select an equipment when ordering a
service from the Service Center or My Service Center lobby.
- In the Equipment list, click on the list arrow to open up the list and
select an equipment.
