Add New Address

Explanation

This activity is used for adding a new address when creating a service order, if an equipment object has been moved from its original place or is not yet registered in the system. This activity can only be performed from the Service Center lobby.

Prerequisites

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the new address will be saved to the service order.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to add a new address when creating a service order from the Service Center lobby.

  1. Open the B2B > Service Center > Order Service assistant.
  2. In the Location of the service group, select to turn the New Address option on.
  3. Enter the new address information in the address fields that are displayed.
