View Structure for Work Order

Explanation

This activity is used to view/define whether or not a work order has an underlying work order structure. All underlying work orders have to be completed before the parent work order is reported finished. If a work order is PM-generated, any existing structure of the preventive maintenance action will be copied along with the parent work order.

Prerequisites

Before the structure is displayed, the parent work order must have been retrieved in the Prepare Work Order window.

System Effects

The structure, if any, is displayed in the window. You can connect one or several existing work orders to the work order. You can also create a completely new work order and connect it to the work order.
