Toggle Settings

Explanation

The toggle settings are used to adjust the timescale and display of the Work Order Planning Gantt with below options;

• Set Range
• Work Tasks
• Show Working Time Only

This pane can be toggled to be shown or hidden by pressing the button "Toggle Settings".

Prerequisites

Work Order Planning Gantt should open and be launched.

System Effects

• Set Range: The user can choose which time-scale to use in the chart, ranging from hours to months and by choosing a start date and an end date of the range and pressing "Set Range".
• Work Tasks: This will show a detailed list of work task information in the bottom of the chart. The detailed list will show all the work tasks under the selected node in the chart. If the user selects the top-node of the structure, all the work tasks in the structure will be shown in the detailed list.
• Show Working Time Only: Based on the calendar that is specified for the maintenance organization on the work task, the working time for each work task will be shown

Procedure

Set Range;

1. Click Toggle Settings to the right-hand side of the Work Order Planning Gantt window.
2. Choose which time-scale to use in the chart, ranging from hours to months. It is also possible to define the time-range of the chart by choosing a start date and an end date.
3. Press "Set Range".

Work Tasks;

1. Click Toggle Settings to the right-hand side of the Work Order Planning Gantt window.
2. Click Work Tasks check-box.

Show Working Time Only;

1. Click Toggle Settings to the right-hand side of the Work Order Planning Gantt window.
2. Click Show Working Time Only check-box.
