Start Travel
Explanation
This activity is used to mark the start of the travel, by the assignee. This
activity is useful when it takes a significant amount of time to reach the point
of execution. Start of the travel indicates by On Route status whilst the
end by Arrived At Location. Once the travel ends, assignee can start
execution. It is still possible to cancel a travelling assignment.
Prerequisites
- B2B interface, Execute Work must be available and
accessible.
- Log in user must have the respective B2B Supplier - User connection.
- There must be an assignment accepted by the logged in user.
System Effects
As a result of this activity the work assignment is set as as On Route or
Arrived.

Procedure
Use the following procedure to start and end the travelling for an accepted
work assignment.
- Open the Subcontract Work Orders > Execute Work
Lobby Page.
- Find the Lobby section for Assignments.
- Click on the Accepted or All Assignments Counters to list all accepted work assignments.
- Select one or more accepted work assignment lines and click on Travel
command button at
the top of the lines.
- Observe the Change of status, from Accepted to On Route.
- Select the above lines that has started the Travel.
- Select one or more on route work assignment lines and click on Arrived
command button at the top of the lines to mark the end of the travel.

Arrived..
