Find Repair Work Order

Explanation

Use this activity to retrieve the repair work order in order to perform any repair related activities. 

Prerequisites

Before the repair work order is retrieved, the following must have been completed:

• The repair work order must have been created in Create Repair Work Order Assistant.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to find the repair work order:

1. Open Prepare Work Order window and use the Query function.
2. In WO No: field enter the appropriate repair work order number and search.
3. The work order is displayed in Prepare Work Order.
