Define Additional Qualifications

Explanation

This activity is used to define additional qualifications (i.e., competencies and certificates) for resource lines of Demand Types Person in Work Tasks, Work Task Templates and PM actions.

Qualifications are linked to HR (Human Resource) competencies that are directly related to the employee connected HR qualifications. The employee connected HR qualifications is also used in combination with the HR job identities, which can in return be linked to Person Resource Groups (provided IFS Human Resources is installed). This gives the person demand lines additional qualification requirements indirectly. The qualifications defined within this activity are additional to those connected to the HR job ID.
