Use this tab to view planned external costs or expenses on the Work Task and to view/enter any external cots or expenses occurred while executing the work.
In the upper table, all planned external costs and expenses on the Work Task are displayed. It is possible to report costs on planned lines by entering the quantity in the Report Quantity field.
All reported costs on the Work Task are displayed in the table below. It is possible to report any unplanned costs by creating a new record here. To report any unplanned costs, define the Cost Type, Quantity and the Cost/Cost Amount.
For service related activities the Cost Category can be specified, so that sales lines are created with the relevant price information.
