Usage

Use this dialog box to issue material during execution of a work assignment. This action is enabled when the work task status is between status Released and WorkDone. It is possible to issue already planned and/or reserved inventory parts in Issue Planned tab. Any unplanned material can be issued directly from inventory in Issue New tab.

The following options are available as buttons in the Issue Material dialog box.

• Issue & Close: This will issue the specified quantity of the parts defined and close the dialog
• Issue: This will issue the specified quantity of the parts defined. The user can continue to issue more parts in the same dialog
• Issue for Repair: This will issue the repair parts reserved on Component Repair Work Orders or Repair Work Orders
• Automatic Issue: Use this button to issue planned material automatically
• Object Spare Parts: Use this button to select a part no. from the spare parts list defined for the actual object of the Work Task. This is valid only when issuing unplanned material
• Detached Spare Parts: Use this button to select a part no. from the detached spare parts list when issuing unplanned material
