Use this window to view an explanation to the meaning of the different symbols used in the Allocate Resource Gantt when it comes to allocations, calendars and dates. The window can be accessed from Resource Allocation Search dialog in Allocate Resource which in its turn can be accessed from Work Order from the header in Prepare Work Order. From Work Task header in Work Task and from one or multiple records in Work Tasks. The window is also accessible for work tasks from the Service Request/Jobs and Templates tab or the Work Task tab in Prepare Work Order.
