Create Snapshot

Usage

Use this dialog box to create a snapshot of modifications for the shop visit. A modification snapshot can contain several revisions, the latest revision will be set as the active snapshot. Changes, such as entering remarks or manual entries, and transferring remarks to history can only be done on active snapshots. The snapshot will list all modifications applicable for the serials in the actual on log for the visit, sorted by the relevant reporting category.

• Applied this visit - the modification has been applied during this shop visit.
• Not performed this visit - the modification is included in the current visit scope, but not performed.
• Previously complied with - the modification has been complied with prior to this shop visit.
• Not planned this visit - the modification has not been performed as yet and is not included in the current visit scope.

If needed, you can choose to delete all previous revisions of the snapshot when creating a new snapshot. Further, if the reporting category has been changed for entries on the current snapshot revision, you can choose to copy these changes to the new new snapshot.
