Manual Maintenance Event/Sign Off Req.

[About Pending Maintenance Event] [About Maintenance Order] [About Access Control] [To Prepare Line Maintenance] [To Scope Maintenance Visit] [To Prepare Maintenance Visit]

Usage

Use this tab to view or add task card sign off requirements. When a predefined task card and subtask (from the task library) is added to the manual event, connected sign off requirements will be retrieved automatically.

It is possible to define following combinations of sign off requirements:

If IFS Human Resources is installed, it will be possible to specify a user certificate for executor, inspector and independent sign offs. When a certificate is specified, the person signing off each work task will be validated against the qualifications set up in IFS Human Resources, to verify that he or she has the necessary certificate to perform the sign off. Defined certificates will be transferred to the work task when the manual event is distributed. If IFS Human Resources is not installed, you need only to determine whether sign off is required or not. In this case, the person reporting on the work task will be required to sign off. This person's user identification will be retained in the system, but validations will not be performed.

Note: Once the manual event is set to the Released status or higher, you can no longer add, modify or remove detailed information from this tab.
