Define Maintenance Program/Maintenance Groups

[About Serial Parts] [About Interval Based Maintenance Program] [About Access Control] [To Manage Maintenance Program] [To Manage Master Configuration]

Usage

Use this tab to define the maintenance groups for which the maintenance program revision is applicable. Maintenance groups are defined per serial part, where one serial part can have one or more maintenance groups depending on the use of the serial part. The information on this tab can only be updated when the maintenance program is in the Preliminary status.

When the maintenance program revision is set to the Active status, the serials can start using the maintenance plans linked to the defined maintenance groups.

If access control is established, you must have access to the maintenance program and serial parts before you can assign maintenance groups to the maintenance program. To establish access control, access groups must be defined in basic data, and the preferred users must be connected to the access group. All users that are members of an access group, will have access to the parts, serials and maintenance programs defined for the selected access group.
